What are people saying?

"I have been studying the law for apx. 2 years now and have filed 4 cases on my own as a pro se litigant. I generally go after Public Officials with my law suits although I have had to defend myself in a fraudulent civil matter that was filed against me and another small traffic matter (driving with expired registration).

Currently I have a case in the Appeals Court against a Municipal Court Judge, a declaratory action in the Superior Court against a school district, a counter claim in Superior Court against an LLC and a Writ of Prohibition against a lower court.

Ever since I started studying and utilizing David Myrland's materials I have found a new sense of "power" in the courts. I have been able to get (2) cases against me dismissed (one of which I have a 400K counterclaim that is actively being litigated), a traffic matter stayed until appeals can issue their findings, and a solicitors office terrified I'm going to file a malicious prosecution case against them because of their wanting of jurisdiction. I could go on about the successes and how success is measured, and I can attest to the attitude and approach David has taught me. When I communicate with law firms now, the posture of the courts when I arrive at the hearings, and the tangible results I get from ORDERS, is amazing. The biggest eye opener for me is the logistical strategy David uses. This of course cannot be realized until you learn the rules of the court and how to structure cases properly, but once you get that foundational knowledge David takes it to a whole other level. He puts you on and above the law firms' and judges' playing field, a field that has been lacking knowledgeable pro se's for way too long.

Knowing your rights does you no good unless you know how to exercise your rights - and there is no better way than to learn the stuff David Myrland teaches. I look forward to many corrections of tyranny in the future. Thank you." Bryan in Georgia (Oct. 21, 2023).

***Sharpen your litigation skills and tactics, enjoy an abundance of audio instruction, and acquire this offensive approach to municipal misconduct, income taxes, and criminal complaining.

"It's different when you can prove the IRS is violating the Tax Code." David R. Myrland, 1994.

"David's Joinder process saved me from an IRS criminal investigation and federal indictment eight years ago. It also stopped all wage garnishments and bank account seizures. Further, it stopped the S.C. DOR from trying to collect $37,000.00 from me and they haven't contacted me since then. That was eight years ago. Thank you very much, David." L.T. Oates of South Carolina (March 2019).

CONTENTS:

Case law - You can't read too much case law; get reading! This folder is a collection of decisions arranged by topic and was gathered during many situations (1992-2021) where gov't was taking it to an innocent American.

Citizen's arrest - Authorities and annotations in WORD. Who wouldn't want to know when another has committed a felony when it means that the felon can, by law, be arrested by a private individual? This is a common law right regulated by state statute.

Civil litigation - Colorado folder contains a state supreme court petition over wrongful and excessive bail, judge with no oath, cert. denied. Mandatory judicial notices for municipal courts are great to have, followed by a variety of WORD docs about dozens of topics.

Criminal intent seminar - This is a wonderful course that examines SCOTUS decisions regarding criminal intent and its importance as an essential element that actually has to be determined (reasonably) by the arresting officer. UNZIP these files and play the .mp3 audio file while you navigate the folders in each respective segment 1, 2, or 3.

Ebooks - RICO complaint that was served on 80 members of Congress 1/1/06 and 2014 supplemental memorandum, a book of over 130 proposed citizens' initiatives, and other compositions once offered in hard copy.

Gay lawsuits - A short discussion of how it might be possible to shield one's affairs and business against civil litigation for some refusal to accommodate the particular needs or tastes in ways that signify homosexuality or other sexual or gender disorder.

Indictments - An assortment of federal indictments against famous and infamous, big and small, public and private offenders and non-offenders.

IRS - Review of IRS folder begins at - 50:40 - Lloyd Smith's hard drive . . . he beat the hell out of the IRS in the 1980s with an approach and understanding wholly removed from David Myrland's specific arguments. Photographic memory, a walking library, income tax and much more. The IRS called him "the most dangerous man in America."
The rest of this folder is a collection of Myrland's writings, and pleadings relating to the Administrative Procedures Act (5 USC § 706) and tax proceedings. The "Boggs" folder here contains pleadings that answer the question, "What would Myrland write in defense of a tax criminal defendant already convicted of seven counts of tax evasion but not yet sentenced, to get an acquittal from the judge per FRCrP § 29?" An innocent defendant, lies to a grand jury, absolutely lacking in criminal intent (willfulness), after termination of hired counsel, pro se filings showcasing Myrland's 30+ yrs. as an advocate.

Jan. 6th indictments - "Seditious conspiracy" and "rebellion or insurrection" were, until now (2020s), used as lofty and seldom uttered terms to describe threat or force used unlawfully against the government. These indictments of people who breached the capitol building on 1/6/21 through doors held open by the Capitol Police provide the freshest of examples of how the DOJ might bring those charges today.

Kurt Riggin docs - A variety of documents and client folders from Kurt Riggin's records. Myrland met Riggin in 1997 and moved his focus from federal tax law to state law (traffic court, motor vehicle code) with Riggin's tutelage.

Money - Several briefed and different views of legal tender, lending of credit, etc.

Public Vehicular Travel - Analysis of motor vehicle statutes in WA beginning with its first vehicle code and its definition of relevant terms. The motor vehicle code has never been written to apply to travelers. That's the strongest claim you can have.

*****"WEB" - These folders contain courses that operate like a web site on your monitor.

*****01 - Am I guilty? Did I really violate the law? Read the law to find out. A certain type of club and their members were sued by the state or prosecuted by the county DA across America in 2000-2003. This course dissects 33 states' pyramid scheme statutes and ordinances to expose that such clubs never broke the law.

*****02 - Offensive strategies in litigation are good to know. Remedy can be big or small, it can come from different sources, and you might just convince public servants that they should leave you alone.

*****03 - Writing and filing criminal complaints is an important skill. Many WORD docs directly out of client files between 2000-2007 which seek to describe and address misconduct on the part of a public servant, municipal / state / fed, are an invaluable learning tool.

*****04 - Drive-by litigation, taking criminal complaining to an extreme, designed for preparing to sue a municipality for tort (unreasonable seizure, deprivation of privacy, etc.) by building a record of criminal complaining.

*****CD-ROM to Congress - A CD was mailed to particular members of Congress with digital copies of a criminal complaint served Jan. 1, 2006. This is essentially a course about that complaint against the IRS.

*****JurisInformatics.com - Formerly owned by David Myrland, but here's the content that was posted on that site.

*****PVT.com - A web site about public vehicular travel and a criminal complaint filed with the DOJ and with Congress on March 9, 2006.

*****TakeFromCaesar.com - This 2010 analysis of the PPACA (Health Care Bill) has never been offered before. This seminar will teach you about vulnerabilities in the PPACA that exposes the Act as a contrivance joined at the hip to Social Security legislation and administration.

Zip files - This assortment of .zip files includes a seminar about how one might go about cancelling a teacher or school board for inappropriate subject matter in class (sex and young kids). Use the system to pursue decertification, criminal charges, defunding, restraining orders, etc.

There are seven other .zip files you can learn about near the end of the video table of contents:
